From all the stories we’ve heard so far, this one seems one of the most interesting ones. Firemen are some of the most common heroes we find in real life. This fireman is one of the few who risk their lives day in day out to save people from burning buildings and he was rewarded with a baby.

Myrtle Beach fireman delivers a baby and then adopts her
Our particular hero’s name is Marc Hadden and the story happened 11 years ago in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I happened to visit his hometown the next year so I just missed the unfolding of this beautiful story.
Marc Hadden worked as a firefighter in another slow November in Myrtle Beach. He was eating his supper and the station got a call from a woman who had severe stomach pains. When they arrived at the scene it turned out the woman was pregnant and the baby was coming out. They didn’t have time to take her to the hospital with the ambulance or even cut her clothes. The little girl was ready to come out immediately. After delivery, the responders took the baby to the hospital and that was that.
Fireman and baby – it was fate
Marc Hadden called the hospital two days later to check on the baby and it turned out the baby was up for adoption. The mother was most likely homeless and out of the picture already. As it happened Marc and his wife were trying to have a baby at the same time and this opportunity seemed like destiny to them. A few days later the couple welcomed Gracie into her new home with firefighter Marc Hadden and his wife.
The Haddens had two more kids afterwards and they all love each other very much. Such an amazing story about fate and love. See the whole thing in the video below.
